Cyndi Mitchell, sister of Mario Romero, writes:
‎3 years and 355 days, before my brother was murdered the city of Vallejo knew they had a monster terrorizing our city.
A monster who would kidnap a little boy inside of a patrol car, against his parents will for throwing a tantrum over crayons,
This monster would then take this horrified child to the same hospital where my brothers bullet filled body was hidden after being stolen from the scene of the crime that this monster had created and placed on a 5150 hold then transferred to another hospital and treated without parental consent, as well as held hostage for days while two parents were mortified and child is traumatized to know that they would be betrayed by the people who are paid to serve and protect our city and they would be content with kidnapping a 5year old boy for crying over crayons.
This monster is Dustin Brent Joseph and he should have been off of the force a long time before he Pulled a gun out and pointed into the face of a 4 year old child and long before he murdered my brother Mario Romero.
A demon sees no innocence because he is to busy trying to suck everyone down into the gutter where his soul lies......
No Justice..No Peace... We will not sleep until justice is achieved!

  1. Just wait until DUSTIN BRENT JOSEPH is bedridden with old age (or some other form of sickness) when he's in his 80/90s. When he is no longer able to care for himself, Joseph will have some male nurse (in his 30s) whuppin' his ass and he'll be reminded of all the innocent people he had put through Hell in his glory days as a corrupt police officer. Karma will come for him sooner or later.

  2. This "Dustin Brent Joseph" guy definitely sounds psychologically unhinged. He's basically a serial killer hiding behind a badge.

  3. I hope I someday have a front row seat when this psychopathic cop finally goes to prison for his crimes.

  4. I heard Dustin Brent Joseph went to the Fairfield Police Department and was being investigated/sued for "use-of-force" in 2021. Not really surprised.

It will only be a matter of time before he is indicted and brought before a Grand Jury. A dirty cop CAN'T continue to do that much collateral damage to a community without revealing an obvious pattern of misconduct and social destruction. When the spot light finally shines on ALL his evil misdeeds, he'll be revealed as the true monster he is.

  5. DUSTIN BRENT JOSEPH is too stupid to realize that his power and authority has an expiration date. Fate will choose a time when this monster will no longer wield power over others (either because he gets caught for his excessive crimes/misconduct and is fired, decertified, and/or sent to prison ... or is forced into retirement due to inevitable old age). What will he do with his adrenalized hyper-aggression then?

I wonder how he can look himself in the mirror every morning and not think about "ALL THE INNOCENT LIVES HE'S DESTROYED" (not only the individual victims he's killed, but their family members he took them away from).

In the end, he'll leave a shameful legacy of a monstrous human being who hunted down innocent victims for the pure enjoyment of his over-inflated ego.

  6. Do any of you ever wonder if Dustin Brent Joseph gets in touch with any of his old "FATAL 14" badge-bending buddies (especially SEAN KENNEY) and reminisce about how they got away with murder?

  7. As somebody with an interest in Psychological Profiling, I wish I could examine Dustin Brent Joseph's personnel file:

-- Employee Administrative Investigation History (past work performance history with other law enforcement agencies -- including reasons for abrupt termination of employment, resignation of employment, etc.).

-- Evaluations of Field Training Program (including any negative feedback from FTOs -- Field Training Officers -- pertaining to possible negative behavioral issues).

-- Psychological exams (psyche screens) and drug tests.

-- Reports pertaining to "Use-of-Force" (particular circumstances demonstrating "particularized" threat of harm to citizens during performance of duties).

-- Reports pertaining to officer-involved on-duty shootings (related to Critical Incidents).

-- Officer performance reviews (indicating any behavioral problems -- Excessive Force and/or Fabrication of Statements on government records) from upper-lever command.

-- Citizen complaints (about official police misconduct).

-- Ongoing and past law suits.

From what I've read about Dustin Brent Joseph, I wouldn't be surprised if his personnel file indicates several RED FLAGS that reveals he's ALWAYS been a problematic police officer with explosive aggression. But knowing how some police agencies tend to cover up misconduct/crimes (by omitting negative data) and allow their officers to resign and take a position with another law enforcement agency, it's not surprising to see him moving around as a "gypsy cop" (to evade prosecution) for his crimes. The ONLY reason he's not in prison right now (like he should be) is because he has Qualified Immunity. This pretty much makes him a serial killer with a license to kill.

He's already proven to be a menace to society. Why isn't the Federal Bureau of Investigations or the Department of Justice dissecting this guy's life? He needs to be taken off the streets. What are they waiting for? Another dead body by his hands?

  8. You can ALWAYS tell a police officer's character by the way he treats those that he feels he doesn't need to treat well.

  9. A Criminal Audit definitely needs to be done on DUSTIN BRENT JOSEPH where ALL his past interactions with citizens are carefully dissected under a magnifying glass. ALL his police reports (with every agency he's worked for) need to be compared to ALL his body worn camera footage (since Day 1 of his service as a law enforcement officer) in order to find discrepancies and false statements. Every time he signed his police reports, he signed an oath ("penalty under perjury") that all statements were truthful. If evidence proves that this corrupt police officer routinely lied on his police reports (official government records) over the many years, it is a felony and he should be criminally prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I'm finding it hard to believe that his unlawful actions has never led to him being criminally charged and prosecuted before (suggesting either possible incompetency by upper-level command and county officials ... or a purposely intricately-planned cover-up). If the FBI and the Department of Justice dig deep, I'm sure they'll find a treasure trove of dark secrets he's been hiding.

A polygraph test given to him by a trusted impartial professional would reveal the truth of his past and current demeanor in the performance of his official duties.

Nobody can hide their darkness forever.
